These were some of the things I felt when I stuck diligently to my fitness regimen. Sure I experienced gains here and there however, it was borderline obsessive (and depleting in all ways). After 12+ years of being a trainer, I could barely do a pull-up which was yet another indication that I wasn’t managing my energy well (fasted workouts amongst many other things), I had muscle pain & tension, and mainly focused on circuit-style training.
Now
I live out the concepts below, and my body flows through pull-ups, push-ups, and all the exercises that empower me.
