My Mission.
To guide women
toward their optimal mind & body.
one that fosters,
strength. confidence, and clarity.
My Story
I started in the industry as a teenager: training hard, pushing limits, and following every mainstream fitness rule. But behind the scenes, I was cycling through overtraining, restrictive diets, amenorrhea, adrenal fatigue, and gut issues that no matter what workout style I did, spin classes taught, and bikrams classes, I could not burn the 10 pounds around my midsection.
In 2012, a half-marathon injury left me unable to walk for 8 months. I was bed-ridden, anxious, and forced to pause the business and purpose I’d built my life around. That injury was the much needed redirection to start cracking me open.
It led to some unlearning of much of what I'd been taught about health and fitness. I realized that true strength isn't just physical — it’s nervous system support, hormone health, mobility, and alignment of the mind, body, and spirit.
Now, after 15+ years in fitness, rehab, and women’s wellness, I do things differently. And I help other women do the same — with a fierce dedication to coach health-conscious women to look and feel confident in a body that defines who they are!
