My Story

Starting in the fitness industry in my teenage years, I went through cycles of overtraining, mis-informed dieting, loss of period, adrenal fatigue, amenorrhea, gut health issues, and much more.

In 2012 my body was forced to shutdown by way of a major injury during a half-marathon. Not being able to walk for 8 months left me bed-ridden and mentally anxious, feeling like I was ‘falling behind’ with my fitness, and my business/purpose.

This was the beginning of a challenging and a much needed journey of aligning my mind, body, and spirit.

The journey catalyzed the unlearning of so many principles that I was hanging on to, for dear life. When your body is so out of alignment, it affects every aspect of life.

After 15 years on the front lines in fitness, I knew my purpose was more than ‘Personal Training.’ This required depth, commitment, reeducation, and deeper guidance.

Every challenge (many not listed here) have led to my work now as a Women’s Health Educator and Fascial Stretch Therapist.
